COCOABEAN CREPERIE is a unique creperie food truck based in Bordeaux, Nouvelle Aquitaine. It's the next phase in the evolution of this mom-led little micro-business and it's inspired by the incredible galette Saucisse found in the Brittany region of France. Crepes and galettes offer a delicious savoury alternative to the summer sweet treats on offer and we are proud to bring this unique Breton snack to Bordeaux!
